The office is on the campus of Northside Forsyth Hospital (2000 Building) in Cumming GA.
Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. We charge a $50 fee for appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
Newborn Appointments
Please call our office to schedule your newborn appointment with one of our pediatricians within 2-3 days of discharge. You will need to bring the newborn paperwork given to you at the time of discharge from the hospital.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
